End of Q1 in:
what’s happening?
WE ARE GROWING UP!
We welcome back our exceptional team from 2025 and all the new people to our team for 2026!
Growth this year:
- Rik has moved up to Director of Pre-Construction and is now in the office full time to estimate and sell new projects to keep us working!
- Zach is now the new Director of Construction Operations, overseeing all construction projects and crews to ensure everything is running smoothly.
- Josh has become the 5th shareholder in Creative Roots Landscaping! The other partners are Zach, Ryan, Colette, and Jacob.
- Fraser has transitioned to a hybrid role, working in the office two days a week to manage our marketing and in field on the construction team the other half of the week.
- Noah has moved from Construction Technician to Construction Foreman!
- Roman has grown to the newest Maintenance Foreman!
- Tanner is now a Junior Designer and will be working with Rik part-time on construction designs, and in the field for the rest of the week.
- Lance has joined the team this year as our new Enhancements Manager

Q1 = 0% (Jan – Mar)
Q2 = 15% (Apr – Jun); Cumulative Payout 15%
Q3 = 30% (Jul – Sep); Cumulative Payout 45%
Q4 = 55% (Oct – Dec); Cumulative Payout 100%
