Performance Coaching at Creative Roots Landscaping

Our purpose is to Help People Grow, coaching is a critical part of how we accomplish that. 

Who is coaching available to?

Creative Roots Landscaping is offering coaching to everyone and anyone who wants to do the work.  Colette is our in-house coach.  She is a certified organizational coach accredited with UBC, and a member of the International Coaching Federation. 

What’s available? 

Confidential, unbiased collaborative discussions to help you deliberately develop. 

Performance coaching focuses on setting goals, creating outcomes and managing personal change. Other service professionals, like consulting and psychotherapy, are based on the wisdom and expertise of the professional. In coaching you-the client-are the expert. The coach’s role is to ask powerful questions, act as a sounding board, provide objective assessment and observations, listen fully and actively, challenge your blind spots, and foster shifts in thinking that reveal fresh perspectives.

The CRL Coaching Menu:

• Focussed – coaching approach that addresses a long-term developmental goal. Takes place over 6 sessions of  30 – 60 minutes each, with the opportunity to re-contract. 
• SPOT –  coaching approach that supports just-in-time development.  Usually 15-20 minutes this approach helps you move forward on an issue on which you are seeking clarity, validation, a new way forward or a sounding board.   

S = Set goal.   P = work on a short Plan.  O = clarify Options.  T = Take action.

• Leadership – group facilitated sessions and individual check-in sessions
