Mileage reimbursement : In the event that a Creative Roots company vehicle is not available to the employee, Mileage reimbursements at $.72/km will be approved for personal vehicles when used for the purpose of work ONLY.

ONLY kilometers in excess of 8 KM from the shop qualify  .. review the possible scenarios:   

1. You are required to meet at the farm to help load trucks for the day.  You drive in one of our trucks to the site.  Mileage Reimbursement is not applicable. 
2. You are required to meet at the farm to help load trucks for the day.  You are requested to drive your vehicle(maybe there isn’t room in one of ours).  Mileage Reimbursement is applicable from the farm.  You go home from the site, we reimburse mileage in excess of 8KM from the farm.  If you are required to go back to the farm, we will reimburse the trip back to the farm. 
3. You are not required to meet at the farm to help, so you meet directly at the site in your vehicle.  If the site is more than 8 km from the farm we reimburse for mileage in excess of 8KM from the farm for each direction. 

Special circumstances may apply. If in doubt, please ask your supervisor. 

Of course, any travel that we request, say to get materials or supplies, in your vehicle, all mileage is reimbursed. 

To be reimbursed for mileage incurred while conducting business on behalf of Creative Roots Landscaping Ltd, please complete and submit the form below at least every other Friday corresponding to our pay periods.
