Our 2030 VISION
Our 2030 target includes people and business growth of 3 new businesses, 3 new managing partners and 5 additional shareholders.We envision our picture of success in 2030 like this:
Visualize it – It’s March 2030, we are the landscaping company that everyone wants to work for. In a super tight labour market, our culture, brand and marketing is attracting the career minded people who help us thrive. Now 60 strong, we set the standards in the Okanagan for providing landscape construction and maintenance with the smallest carbon footprint. Our Design, Nursery, and Irrigation businesses, each run by managing partners, are supplying services and products to CRL and selling to other businesses too. All the HR and Admin services for each of these organizations is handled by the Creative Admin Hub. Driving onto our yard feels like home. The bright office welcomes our clients and staff with touches of the old farm to remind us of our roots. There is an organized chaos in the yard with the vehicles, equipment and materials along with the hustle and bustle of enthusiastic people getting ready for the start of the season. Our culture is vibrant and demonstrated clearly by everyone’s positivity and how much they care about our team, clients and our organization. We really are one big happy family!
