DEPARTMENTAL & company wide financial scoreboard TRAINING

We develop our annual financial plan with the team through High Involvement Planning and track our progress against that plan on our financial scoreboards at our monthly Huddles throughout the year.

The departmental scoreboards calculate Gross Profit by deducting the direct costs to produce the sales from the sales revenue. 

The company-wide scoreboard adds the departmental Gross Profit numbers and then deducts the overhead expenses(costs that are not directly related to producing the revenue) to calculate the Company Wide Net Profit.

  2. Watch the Company-Wide Financial Scoreboard Part 1 and Part 2 videos below to gain further understanding.
