Time Off Request Formatting
WHAT WE NOTICED
Time off requests currently display only employees' first names, making them difficult to match with staff rosters sorted by last name. Additionally, numerical date formats create ambiguity and potential confusion regarding requested dates.
WHAT CHANGED
CRL updated the online time off request form to eliminate date confusion and make employee identification clearer. This makes reviewing requests simpler and easier to match against staff rosters.
