What You’ll Be Doing

As a Landscape Construction Apprentice, you’ll support our construction crews on high-end custom residential projects. Tasks may include:

• Site prep and layout
• Installing paving stones, natural stone, walls, and water features
• Building decks, pergolas, fences, and other wood/metal structures
• Grading, soil placement, planting, and sod installation
• Drainage, irrigation, and lighting systems
• Operating mini-excavators, compactors, and loaders

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of hands-on landscaping or construction experience
• A strong work ethic and commitment to doing things right the first time
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Valid BC Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Willingness to learn, grow, and help others do the same
