Our GiveBack program is an extension of our Open Book Management system, which engages and educates our team, generating thousands of dollars for charity – over $200,000 to date in cash and in-kind donations – while giving our team a voice in their workplace and a positive relationship with their community.

Over thirty charities have benefited from the Creative Roots GiveBack program to date, including the KGH Foundation, Make a Wish Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Cops for Kids, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Inn From the Cold, HOPE Outreach, Boys and Girls Club and the Kelowna Women’s Shelter.
