This project began as a collaboration with a local luxury home builder and a homeowner who was deeply involved in shaping the vision. The scale was unlike anything typical. Dramatic elevation changes from the lakefront dock to the main house, massive boulder installations, ornamental corten steel, and a landscape that had to work as hard as the architecture it surrounded.

What’s made it memorable is the relationship that followed. Over seven-plus years of ongoing maintenance and through a change in ownership, we’ve kept the original vision alive while helping the property evolve. That continuity is something we take real pride in.

Project Highlights:

• Dramatic elevation change from lakefront dock and guesthouse up to the main residence and upper driveway
• Large-scale boulder installations requiring crane equipment, including pieces weighing up to 20,000 lbs
• Ornamental corten steel planters custom-integrated into the landscape design
• Expansive paver driveway and pathway system connecting multiple levels of the property
